Respected Sirs/Madams,

Please Ref. to our letter attached ref. NF / PAC/ 44244-72/ 2014 dated Date-01/12/2014 on a cheating property case by a builder Mr. Sanjay Gupta, r/o-Flat No.-64.,Ashribad Apartment, Plot No.-11,Sector-12,Dwarka, New Delhi-110078 (M)9350255266   to an orphan lady Ms. Harpreet Kaur r/o- B-14.Vishwas Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 (M)9582303196  and copies to various departments and the (department forward copies attached) we are attend your legal service authority at Dwarika on dated 19/02/2015 & on their suggestion as the property cross the limit to 20,00,000 now our request to yours for your proper guidance & help.

Although all the matter specified in attachment we are analyzing some points in front of yours for your proper consideration after our team verification.

1.Ms. Harpreet Kaur is a literate female with 2 sisters & a brother & her mother dead on the year of 2009 on the month of August  but father is missing for the year 2010 ( as a devotee person he may return back because in after six months he has return on this year) where as builder made forge court documents on behalf of Ms. Kaur & her family as the owners of property with declaration of father dead. We have collect death certificate of mother but no evidence of father.

2.Mr. Sanjay Gupta the builder declared that worth of Rs. 10,57,000/- pay to Ms. Kaur family individually & here the two question arises from mind that such amount payment without DD/wire transfer/cheque is not legal & secondly if pay to all family member & as now these family members is staying on rented basis in different areas ,so we could not get any transaction cash deposit in theirs bank. (income tax forwarding copy attached)

3. As a illiterate family & no wealth for construction a new house Mr. Sanjay Gupta the builder cleverly take all family members to confidence & showing a dream for new house as per attachment take blank paper sign & use that paper by his willing at anywhere. On dated Mr. Gupta has filed a case under your court against Ms. Kaur by using these papers & demanding desired money. So organization request to court excuse Ms. Kaur for no knowledge on law.

4. The entire original property paper we have checked that near Ms. Kaur family as they are the real owner.

5. An affair in Dwarka police station on dated 27/01/2014 (attached) given by the cousin Mr. Jagdish Dhingra & Ms. Kaur for damage of boundary & Mr. Dhingra’s Car & miss behave to Ms. Kaur is proper evidence as Mr. Gupta is Criminal personal. This is the separate things that Indian Police service showing by pen & paper theirs proper help to the senior citizen & women but in real sense help to the culprit like the builder Mr. Sanjay Gupta for earning money.

6.Organization collect data Mr. Sanjay Gupta builder nature is to take confidence the party whose have no proper support & like this made forge documents and produce in court & occupy property but here when organization acknowledge about this public grievance & start first case on dated 01/12/2014 thereafter builder take selter under high court for filing case against Ms. Kaur & her family on dated 16/12/2014 to save him as preplan.

Over all as Ms. Kaur & her family are real owners of the property & not financially sound to stay rented for long period, so organization request to hon’ble court to allow her own property for small part of building for her residence until the case is final.

                       So we request please help this poor & illiterate family from jaint likes Mr. Sanjay Gupta by proper guidance & help if possible from your side.
