It is confused on the decision of Govt.of India for address proof banks & other places using UID/Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License why this & asked is it changes day to day?Why not receive simple Postal delivery letter as address proof which indicate recent?All the decision taken has no meaning.
