Respected Sir/Madam,

Please ref. to your letter no.- F.No.IV (26)/15/RTI Appeals/2017-Systems/146 on dated 02/03/2017 & call us for hearing at 11AM we can say that reaching near you or any authority of organization is not important but we ask you whether yours have the answer on  points three on our letter Ref. No: - NF/RTIA-CBEC-SG/46723/2017 on dated 22/02/2017 (office copy again attached), please write us by hard copy. Mainly we focus on second & third points & if possible please clear by reason & if yours have no answer , so say us why.

Again we request you please read our letter from first RTI letter to appeal letter & see the purpose of the letter & ask us for attend for hearing if we not satisfied with your incompleted answer but here we think unnecessarily wasting of time from Govt. side & side from ours.

We anticipate proper answer & fix time for hearing, we assure you reach near you, otherwise the next letter delivered to appropriate authority.
