Respected Sir/Madam,

Please ref. to our letter NF/PAC/44244-72/2014 dated 01^st December 2014 and forwarding letter by NLSA Dec. 2014 & attend yours on dated 19/ 02/ 2015 on behalf of your letter Ref. No.-Ref. No.-08/2015/DLSA/Dwk/1599 dated 05/02/2015 with property matter Ms. Harpreet Kaur (copy attached).

On your advice of (as the property above to twenty lacks & not under) we have communicate to High Court Legal Services Committee on dated 23/03/2015 (copy attached) & hon’ble superintendent with supporting advocated check all the documents seriously and decided that the case will continue under yours Dwarka Court for the following three points as a criminal case first & nothing in property value. He suggest Dwarka Court legal service will start with making opinion-YPC-Concern Fie under MM start case, & as a result of the case will go to the order for police to help Ms. Kaur for occupy her real property with second arrest to criminal for unlawful nature attacked with his brother (past letter Dabri Police Station FIR attached dated 27/10/2014 receiving by Ram Niwas Gill) & eight to ten persons on Ms. Kaur & Mr. Dhingra (a senior citizen cum social worker) to whom Mr. Jagdish Dhingra can recognize.

Let us see the discussion the three points discussed like this:-

1.   Ms. Harpreet Kaur poses the property & the real owner & all original paper with her.

2.   Cheating was done by Mr. Sanjay Gupta as Ms. Kaur all family are illiterate & no proper guide of the family, so Mr. Gupta made papers by illegal way (the builder) with convince for development of property with giving share.

3.   Mr. Gupta attack with some persons on Ms. Kaur a ladies & Mr. Dhingra (a senior citizen angiographic for more than 5 years & a social worker) with his brother 8  to 10 persons & break Mr. Dhingra’s car.                                                                   

So organization with its little knowledge send application for proper judiciary as yours have better knowledge on it & again request if possible helps us in this matter or forward to same & similar department for the proper justice if yours have desire for giving justice to people.
