Respected Sir,

The case file no. CS (OS) No.3398/2014 and I.A. No.-22051/2014 dated of Filing of P.F. 252258-05/12/2014 (refilled) Sanjay Kumar Gupta Vs. Randhir Singh & ors. under your court & the same is in the Navjivan Foundation since the month of 01/12/2014 ref. no.-NF/PAC/44244-72/2014 & within these days the organization step by step to follow up this case & inform to the several departments on behalf of Randhir Singh sister Ms. Harpreet Kaur against Mr. Sanjay Gupta & his brother (the builder).

We have meet ACP,DCP, Vigilance of Suth West District in Delhi, Governor, National Commission For Women,  Shri Vinod Goel (Hon’ble Registrar General), Delhi High Court, The Hon’ble Spl. Executive Magistrate,  In The Court of Sh. H.M. Bakshi, SouthWest Delhi District ,  The Hon’ble Joint Secretary(C&PG), Ministry of Home Affairs, The Hon’ble Joint Secretary, National Commission for Women, The Hon’ble Commissioner Of Delhi Police,  Delhi Police Police ,The Hon’ble Governor, NCT Of Delhi State Government, The Hon’ble Chief Minister, Govt. Of NCT Of Delhi etc. & always communicate through the email & hard copies to the above.

On the above case convict Mr. Sanjay Gupta & his brother both are unsocial person & arrested by the police having FIR no.-935/15 on dated 25/08/2015 & unnecessarily waste the time of court & organization by help of Mr. Ram Niwas Gill-IO of Dabri police station whose inquiry at present by Delhi Home.

So we request to Mr. Shri Vinod Goel (Hon’ble Registrar General) of Delhi High Court please acknowledge all the papers of organization to hon’ble judge on next dated of court 18/09/2015 & help for hearing in the favor of Mr. Harpreet Kaur & her family (sister of Randhir Singh-according to your record) as a poor, illiterate & help less lady for return her own parental property with this confusion & save court from wasting of time with punish Mr. Sanjay Kumar Gupta & his brother.
